Privacy & Refunds
All client information is kept confidential. That includes names, birthdates, photos, and other identifying information.
I do not permanently store client files. Clients are responsible for downloading and saving their own service files. I am not responsible for keeping a copy of files. This is for both security and storage limitation reasons.
I am happy to exchange any service for an alternate one. I will process a refund only if your service hasn't been performed yet. I do not process refunds for services that have already been done. This is because I invest my materials, supplies, time, and countless hours of practice into my work.

READINGS
Tarot card readings are not an exact science, simply because we do not yet possess the technological means to study it yet. Tarot reads the CURRENT energy and tells us what could POTENTIALLY happen. Any reading I do for you is based on the current energy. There is always the possibility that things could change.

Magic is an influence on people, events, and probability. It is not a 100% guarantee. Stubborn energy and people are more challenging to shift. That being said, I offer one free re-casting for each spell that I do to ensure I'm doing my best for you. Sometimes a little extra time and effort is all that's needed to push it through. If a spell does not work, I will take it as a sign that the universe has other plans for you.
